To order clothing with your sorority or fraternity's greek
letters, please download the Sorority & Fraternity order form. 		 
   
Print the form and fill out by hand, or complete it within
Adobe Acrobat. The completed form can then be mailed,
dropped off at Accent, or e-mailed to info@accentlogos.ca

To complete the form within Adobe Acrobat, fill out the form, & print to PDF by selecting "FILE", "PRINT", then select "Adobe PDF" in the printer options from the drop down menu next to "Name:". Be sure not to forget to rename the file.
